# Settlements

The Settlements Panel in Coinbar Pay Dashboard provides users with comprehensive tools to oversee and manage their settlements efficiently. The page, as Payments, is divided into three main sections: Widgets Panel, Filter Panel, and Settlements Table.

## Widgets Panel

The Widgets Panel displays key information related to your settlements:

1. <mark style="color:blue;">**Total Income**</mark>: Displays the total amount of earnings generated from completed transactions.
2. <mark style="color:blue;">**30-Day Income**</mark>: Showcases the total income earned over the past 30 days, highlighting recent performance.
3. <mark style="color:blue;">**Number of Settlements**</mark>: Provides a summary of the total number of settlements processed.
4. <mark style="color:blue;">**Assistance Requests**</mark>: Indicates the number of assistance requests submitted, providing a gauge of potential issues in the settlement process.

These widgets offer a comprehensive summary of your financial performance and settlement activity, allowing you to track progress and identify any areas requiring attention.

## Filter Panel

The Filter Panel enables you to customize and streamline your settlement data, allowing for efficient management and analysis:

1. <mark style="color:blue;">**Date Range**</mark>: Filter settlements by selecting a specific time frame (from date – to date).
2. <mark style="color:blue;">**Shop Name**</mark>: View settlements associated with a particular shop or merchant.
3. <mark style="color:blue;">**Status**</mark>: Narrow down settlement history according to their status, such as initialized, awaiting, processing, completed, or failed.

This panel optimizes data handling, making it easier to find relevant settlements, review their details and status of the withdrawal process.

## Settlements Table

The Settlements Table provides an organized view of all the settlements, with each row representing a unique settlement record. The table includes the following columns:

1. <mark style="color:blue;">**Date**</mark>: Shows the date of the individual settlement.
2. <mark style="color:blue;">**Shop**</mark>: Displays the associated shop or merchant name for each settlement.
3. <mark style="color:blue;">**Status**</mark>: Indicates the status of each settlement (processing, completed, or failed).
4. <mark style="color:blue;">**Price**</mark>: Represents the total settlement amount for each transaction.
5. <mark style="color:blue;">**Detail Button**</mark>: Allows you to access more in-depth information and management options for each settlement. Clicking the button will open a detailed view of the selected settlement, where you can review its data, perform actions like refunds or assistance requests, and track its progress.
