The Settlements Panel in Coinbar Pay Dashboard provides users with comprehensive tools to oversee and manage their settlements efficiently. The page, as Payments, is divided into three main sections: Widgets Panel, Filter Panel, and Settlements Table.
Widgets Panel
The Widgets Panel displays key information related to your settlements:
Total Income: Displays the total amount of earnings generated from completed transactions.
30-Day Income: Showcases the total income earned over the past 30 days, highlighting recent performance.
Number of Settlements: Provides a summary of the total number of settlements processed.
Assistance Requests: Indicates the number of assistance requests submitted, providing a gauge of potential issues in the settlement process.
These widgets offer a comprehensive summary of your financial performance and settlement activity, allowing you to track progress and identify any areas requiring attention.
Filter Panel
The Filter Panel enables you to customize and streamline your settlement data, allowing for efficient management and analysis:
Date Range: Filter settlements by selecting a specific time frame (from date – to date).
Shop Name: View settlements associated with a particular shop or merchant.
Status: Narrow down settlement history according to their status, such as initialized, awaiting, processing, completed, or failed.
This panel optimizes data handling, making it easier to find relevant settlements, review their details and status of the withdrawal process.
Settlements Table
The Settlements Table provides an organized view of all the settlements, with each row representing a unique settlement record. The table includes the following columns:
Date: Shows the date of the individual settlement.
Shop: Displays the associated shop or merchant name for each settlement.
Status: Indicates the status of each settlement (processing, completed, or failed).
Price: Represents the total settlement amount for each transaction.
Detail Button: Allows you to access more in-depth information and management options for each settlement. Clicking the button will open a detailed view of the selected settlement, where you can review its data, perform actions like refunds or assistance requests, and track its progress.
The Managing Settlements page streamlines the process of overseeing your financial data, making it easy to access, review, and take action related to your Coinbar Pay settlements.
