The Managing Payments Page in Coinbar Pay Dashboard provides users with the tools and insights necessary to manage their transactions and financial data. The page is divided into two main sections: Widgets Panel and Filter Panel.
The Widgets Panel displays essential information related to your payments and transactions:
Total Income: Displays the total amount of earnings generated from completed transactions.
30-Day Income: Showcases the total income earned over the past 30 days, highlighting recent performance.
Number of Payments: A summary of the total number of payments processed.
Assistance Requests: Indicates the number of assistance requests submitted, providing a gauge of potential issues in the payment process.
These widgets offer a comprehensive summary of your financial performance and transactional activity, allowing you to track progress and identify any areas requiring attention.
The Filter Panel enables you to customize and streamline your transaction data, allowing for efficient management and analysis:
Date Range: Filter transactions by selecting a specific time frame (from date β to date).
Shop Name: View transactions associated with a particular shop or merchant.
Customer: Identify transactions completed by specific customers.
Status: Narrow down transaction history according to their status, such as completed, pending, or refunded.
This panel optimizes data handling, making it easier to find relevant transactions, review their details, and take appropriate actions such as refunds or assistance requests.
The Coinbar Pay Dashboard allows you to conveniently export your transaction, payment, and financial data in various formats for further analysis or record-keeping. The data can be exported in the following formats:
PDF: Export your data as a Portable Document Format (PDF) file, which can be viewed and shared easily across multiple devices and platforms without losing its original formatting.
CSV: Export your data as a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file, which can be imported into spreadsheet applications like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools.
Excel: Export your data as a Comma Separated Values (XLS) file, which can be imported into spreadsheet applications like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools.
Copy: Quickly copy your transaction data to the clipboard, allowing you to conveniently paste it into other applications, documents, or spreadsheets for further analysis, sharing, or storage.
You can use the table rows to display the payment details, or request assistance or refund.
To review the total income from unsettled payments, you can apply the necessary filters in the Filter Panel to view transactions that have not yet been settled. The total income displayed in the Widgets Panel will reflect the sum of your unsettled payments.
To request a settlement and withdraw your income from unsettled payments, follow these steps:
Push the Request Settlement on the unsettled income widget, in the Coinbar Pay Payments Page.
Review your unsettled payments and confirm that all relevant transactions are available for withdrawal.
After completing the settlement request, Coinbar Pay will process the withdrawal according to its standard procedures and timelines. It's essential to track your settlement requests and monitor unsettled payments regularly to ensure your funds are readily accessible when needed.
